Before making a deposit
Sign in through the correct currency channel and open the deposit area. Confirm the displayed recipient or payment instructions each time; saved details may become outdated.
FPX bank transfer steps
For FPX or bank transfer, select the supported bank route, enter the amount and complete payment through your own banking app. Keep the receipt until the balance is updated.
Instant top up and DuitNow
Instant top up and DuitNow can offer faster confirmation. Follow the amount limits shown inside the account and do not repeat a transfer while the first request is still processing.
Missing deposit troubleshooting
If a successful payment is not reflected, collect the transaction time, amount, reference number and screenshot, then contact support. Never send full passwords or verification codes.
